This timeframe can vary depending on the number of requests that we have received. The main office phone line is manned by one of our office personnel during our regularly scheduled business hours. For immediate inquiries or issues that need fast resolution, please contact our phone line. This will also be the way to reach a manager for any matters that need manager intervention. We welcome customers to stop by our office during our regularly scheduled business hours, but it is usually best to call ahead if the reason for visiting has high importance.
Most of our field personnel will provide cell phone numbers to the customers so that there is a direct line of communication between the contractor on the project and the customer. This helps free up some communication lines since our contractors will have the most up to date information on projects and can provide more detailed information than the office personnel. It is our goal to provide quality customer service and interaction that is professional, tactful, and knowledgeable. We want to keep our existing customers by continuing to provide consistent work, and we want to develop new customers with excellent cost projections, modern designs and techniques, and quality work that will keep customers coming back for more. |
